Cresford Developments has planned for a mixed-use tower rising 58 stories that contain 570 residential units and a four-storey podium. There will also be two lobbies (one located on Charles St. and the other at Hayden St.), as well as 215 parking spots for cars and 203 bicycle parking spots.

The development has been considered relatively mysterious over the last three months, as realtors, residents and interested parties have all been awaiting news and information – all of which has been slow to be released.
